Anatomical injected cadavers highlight the arterial and venous system throughout the entire body. Cadaveric dissection remains the best available method for understanding human anatomic features and to refine the various surgical approaches and skills needed by medical professionals. Through the fixed process, all vessels were cannulated with appropriately sized plastic tubes and tightly affixed with 2-0 silk, identifying the internal carotid arteries, vertebral arteries and jugular veins. Our cadaveric tissue is provided through a nonprofit, non-transplant anatomical tissue bank accredited by The American Association of Tissue Banks (AATB). In order to honor the donor, injected cadavers are only accessible to medical or educational professionals.
